I reached Fora "Pro" status in under a year — the tier reserved for advisors carrying a real book of luxury travel — by treating every trip as a relationship, not a transaction. My work spans bespoke itinerary design, high-touch VIP member service, and the kind of quiet problem-solving that happens before a client ever knows there was a problem.

Before travel, I spent 18 years as a principal performing artist across five continents — four international medals, impeccable standards, and a composure under pressure that now lives in every client file. I am fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and I serve Chinese UHNW travelers in their own language.

And I run all of it on a system: an AI-assisted operation that researches, drafts, and follows up — so nothing slips, even at volume. The taste is mine. The machine just makes sure I never drop a detail.

A custom system — Claude and n8n — that handles research, itinerary drafts, and supplier follow-ups before I touch the file. It lets me deliver white-glove service across high concurrent trip counts without a single dropped thread.
